Welcome to our condo at Cline's Landing. This
beautiful waterfront condo is located on the Pass near the Port Aransas Harbor with a
spectacular view of the ship channel, St. Joseph's Island, and the lighthouse. Enjoy
a front row seat to miles and miles of incredible ocean vistas.
This condo has a picture perfect setting for watching
the dolphins frolic in the bay and escorting the boats out of the harbor. You can
truly say without a doubt that this Cline's Landing condo has a "Million Dollar
View!"
The condo is located on the Gulf in Port Aransas, Texas
about 2 1/2 hours southeast of San Antonio, 3 1/2 hours south of Austin, 3 1/2 hours
southwest of Houston, and 6 1/2 hours south of Dallas/Ft. Worth.

The view from the balcony provides a 180 degree
panorama of the water from the pier on the left to the channel and waterfront housing on
the right. The views from the interior of the condo are equally impressive.
The balcony has 6 chairs and 2 tables to provide plenty
of seating for everyone. You will love sitting on the balcony overlooking the water,
day or night.

The lighted public fishing pier on Station Street next
door to Cline's Landing is a favorite with the locals as well as the tourists.
Taking a walk on the pier with the soft sea breezes is a pleasant way to spend an evening.

The shaded balcony is perfect for daytime enjoyment of
the activities on the water and provides a variety of interesting things to watch.
As daylight turns to dark, sitting on the balcony enjoying the gentle gulf breezes, you
can watch the blinking lights of the lighthouses and be entertained by the pelicans and
seagulls as they jostle each other for their favorite spot as they settle in for the
night. This is relaxation at its finest!
 
The condo is tastefully decorated throughout with
attractive art and furnishings, indirect lighting, and uses mirrors in a creative way to
maximize the views. Mirrored walls double your panoramic view and allow outstanding
views from several directions.
The living and dining areas have plenty of room for the
entire family and guests with seating for up to14 people. All of the seating offers
views of the water. There are four wicker chairs, a hide-a-bed sofa that can sleep 2
people, 3 bar stools and 4 chairs at the dining table.
WiFi Internet access is available for your notebook
computer.

After spending the day watching the birds, the
dolphins and the passing boats and ships, you can watch TV on any of the three TVs, in the
living room or the two bedrooms. A VCR, cable TV, and a stereo are provided.
There are telephones in the kitchen and master bedroom.
The kitchen has everything you will need including:
stove, micowave, toaster oven, side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door,
garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans,
coffeemaker, and small appliances are provided. Three barstools at the bar provide
extra seating.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large mirrored
closet, large 6 drawer dresser, two night tables, a chair, and TV. There is a full
bath with tub/shower off the master bedroom.
 
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two single beds, a large 6
drawer dresser, mirrored closet, a night table, a chair, and a TV. There is also a
full bathroom off the second bedroom with a tub/shower combination.
The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa providing
a total sleeping capacity of 6 people comfortably in the condo.
The utility room has a washer and dryer provided for
your convenience.

based on five (5) nights at the regular rate, sixth (6th) night is free; EXCEPT for the

** Earliest requests for nightly rentals in November can be reserved after October 1st
of the same calendar year at a nightly rental rate of $220.00.
Deposits: Deposits for nightly stays are $250 except during June, July, and
August when the deposits are $300. Deposits for monthly stays are $500.
NO PETS - NO SMOKING. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 MAY STAY IN
THE CONDO WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required on monthly
basis. A ten (10) day cancellation notice is required on nightly basis.
