Escape to the rolling hills in the placid lake community of Volente on Lake Travis near Austin, Texas. Imagine driving a winding road through the tree covered hills to your private getaway villa situated on a one acre lot just minutes from Lake Travis. Lake Travis is a popular sailing, boating and fishing lake in central Texas.
This impressive vacation home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people for a weekend or longer vacation. Volente Villa is also a great place to spend the winter.
Living Room
This stately European style home invites and welcomes you as you enter into the living room with its soaring cathedral ceiling and wall of windows letting in the cheerful sunlight and framing the view of the landscape and the lake.

Lovely antiques and furnishings stand out against the eggshell colored carpeting and walls. A beautiful chrystal chandelier crowns the room with brilliance. An impressive stone fireplace anchors one wall of the living room, providing warmth and ambience on a cool evening. A baby grand piano invites the music lovers to gather around for some old fashioned fun.
Kitchen
The soft, neutral color scheme of the kitchen is echoed in the travertine marble flooring, counter tops and decorative tile work. Everything is supplied for your needs to cook a fabulous meal, or you may choose to eat at one of the nearby restaurants.

Master Bedroom
The comfortable master bedroom has a seating area for watching TV on a large 52 inch screen. French doors lead to an office and out to one of the rear balconies. A view of Spy Island, which is the island filmed for the movie "Spy Kids", can be seen from the balcony.

Another Bedroom
One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The second floor offers views of Lake Travis over the tree tops.
Local Commuity Park
A local community park, just minutes away, is available for lakeside picnics and fishing from the shore. Guests enjoy a leisurely stroll down the road through the woods to the park from Volente Villa.
Marina
A marina, just two miles away, has boats, jetskis and waterskis for rent. You can launch your boat at the community boat launch near the marina.
Volente Beach offers swimming and sunbathing on the beach and rentals of popular water toys. Both children and adults love the waterslide at the beach. Visitors can also enjoy parasailing on Lake Travis in our area.
